Let’s be honest - equipment fails sometimes. That’s why Hi-Tech Car Audio is happy to provide our customers with a 365 day, peace-of-mind warranty. Just follow our guidelines below!

Warranty Duration:

All products purchased from Hi-Tech Car Audio are covered under a 1-year warranty. This warranty period commences on the date of your purchase as indicated on your sales receipt or invoice.

Warranty Eligibility:

This warranty applies only to defective products that are no longer eligible for return under our 60-day return policy. Products that fail within the first 60 days should be addressed through our standard return process.

Coverage Details:

The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective, Hi-Tech Car Audio will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, at no charge. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

Limitation on Items Replaced:

For any product sent in for warranty service or repair, Hi-Tech Car Audio will only replace or repair the specific item received. Any missing parts or packaging from the original product will not be replaced or provided. Customers are advised to send in the complete product with all its components for warranty service.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a description of the issue. You may be required to provide proof of purchase. Detailed instructions for the return or repair process will be provided upon validation of the warranty claim.

Additional Terms:

  • Products replaced or repaired under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original 1-year warranty period.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
